Suzie came to us in December of 2006 from Bergen County, NJ. She had a leg removed as it was said she had an ugly tumor on it. She came here and fit in the beagle brigade with not a problem at all. She navigated the stairs well and found a spot in the home that would be her last. She was loved for sure, this girl really tugged at my heart. The eyes, so warm, so loving, would make me stop and just go hug her. The past two months showed the slowing down of our girl so we took her to Dr Tosici, we did blood work and anemia plus some irregularities showed up so we proceeded with antibiotics and some nutritional supplements. A rally was not to be though and last week we had an X-ray of her chest done and the cancer that we suspected was in the leg tumor had progressed to her lung. I am taking my girl to Dr Tosici 7:00 this morning and sending her off to be with the other beagle girls that came before her. You will be missed but I know this is our only option. I am sorry my beauty that our time together was so short, I will miss you.
