I got my boy Toni back in January of 1997 from the Bridgeport shelter where they deemed him vicious. Little did I know then that he would be the beginning of what SARAH RESCUE has become today. He was here for all that came through the doors, never made a fuss, just accepted them all. Luca was his favorite, they went everywhere together and when she was gone he found comfort grooming Sammi. I had to send him to Luca as he was loosing his dignity as old age took his body and his mind. He let me know and we made the arrangements and sent him off in comfort. I put him on the hill next to Luca with a picture of us and the knowledge that we would be reunited again. Thank you my boy for being such a loyal friend. I still look for you.......
